You'd think for a fat burners that has the ingredients
combined from some of the top fat burners, it would burn off some serious body fat. But I it's really more of a
marketing strategy. Since Hydroxadrine cotains
combined ingredients of the "top fat burners", you'd think it's as effective as these "top fat burners" combined! On paper, it sounds good and all, but how well
does Hydroxadrine really work? With the above formula (Hydroxycut
+ Xenadrine), you'd think that Hydroxadrine is as effective as
the 2 combined! Not so...
Just because Hydroxadrine contains ingredients
from both Hydroxycut and Xenadrine, doesn't mean it's going to
be twice as effective. That would be silly. Each portion of Hydroxadrine doesn't have twice
as much of ECA as Hydroxycut and Xenadrine, and it shouldn't.
Or, you'd be taking excessive amounts - way over recommended dosages,
and you'd be putting your health at risk.
Pretty simple formula right? What Ansi did was
combine the key ingredients from some of the top fat burners - just like it says in their promo: " Thermo Hydroxadrine takes the best ingredients from the leading weight loss products and combines them into one powerful and effective formula."
Hydroxadrine Ingredients
This is nothing new, the Hydroxadrine formula
is still based on the ever popular ECA stack. If you've read our
other fat burner reviews, you'll know that the ECA stack is ephedrine,
caffeine, and aspirin.
Serving Size: 3 Capsules
Servings Per Container: 53
Amount Per 3 Capsules:
Garcinia Cambogia Extract: 600mg (Supplying 300mg of Hydroxycitric
Acid)
Citrus Aurantium: 125mg (Standardized For 4% Synephrine)
Ma Huang Extract: 335mg (Standardized For 6% Ephedrine)
Guarana Extract: 910mg (Standardized For 22% Caffeine)
White Willow Bark Extract: 200 mg (Standardized for 12% Salicin)
Acetyl L-Carnitine: 100mg
L-Tyrosine: 80mg
Ginger Root: 50mg
Vitamin B5: 40mg
Chromium Polynicotinate: 200mcg
Just looking at the above list, you may not
be able to tell right away that it's based on the ECA stack. After
all, where do you see it say ephedrine, caffeine, or aspirin?
Let's take a closer look at the ingredients.
The big 3: Ephedrine, Caffeine, and
Aspirin: I'm not going into detail about these 3 since
they're mentioned on many other articles in this website.
Ma Huang extract - this is
the herbal form of ephedra.
Guarana extract - this is the
herbal form of caffeine
Willow Bark extract - this
is the herbal form of aspirin
Other ingredients include:
L-Tyrosine - tyrosine is a
non-essential amino acid found in most protein foods. It gives
you a lift in your mood and can give a good boost dealing with
stress. Xenadrine has Tyrosine and Hydroxycut doesn't.
Chromium Polynicotinate - is
used in Hydroxycut but not in Xenadrine. It's a mineral that assists
insulin's functions, and studies have found it to promote fat
loss and muscle gain.
Vitamin B5 - also known as
Pantothenic Acid is used in Xenadrine but not in Hydroxycut. It
helps convert food to energy and aids in digestion
Ginger Root - used in Xenadrine
and not Hydroxycut. It's mainly used to aid digestion.
Hydroxadrine works, and it works quite
well helping people lose fat. But how does it compare to Hydroxycut
and Xenadrine - 2 of the most popular and well known fat burners?
Is it as effective as the two combined? You might be led to think
so since Hydroxadrine contains ingredients from both Xenadrine
and Hydroxycut, but I'm going to tell you that it's not so.
Hydroxadrine Side Effects
Hydroxadrine is based on the ECA stack, and
it's going to have the common side effects that come with the
ECA stack. Take a look:
Increased blood pressure and heart rate
Decreased appetite
Increased sweating and the need for more
water
Feel restless, hyper active, anxiety, and
shaking
A large energy boost (not a bad thing)
Light headaches, feel faint, and out break
of acne
These are some possible common side effects
of Hydroxadrine. Not everyone will be suited to this fat burner, so the best way is to first assess
your tolerance. As with any other type of fat burner or supplement.
Take half of the recommended dosage. See how your body handles
it, and if all's well, take the full recommended dosage.
