Does Hydroxycut Work?

On Sunday night, I weighed myself at 230. I stepped on the scale today, and I weigh 220 (I'm 6'2 and very stout). And the weight loss is visible - the piece of fat that hung under my jaw is nearly gone, upper body and fat around my waist is greatly diminished. Went down two rungs on my belt and most of my clothes are fitting a bit big now.

The key active ingredient in Hydroxycut with Hoodia, is of course, Hoodia Gordonii! What is Hoodia?

Hoodia has become popular for its appetite suppressing effects. I won't go into too much details about Hoodia here as we have discussed this in detail here. However, I will provide some key information. A compound known as P57 is found in Hoodia Gordonii that provides the appetite suppressing benefits.

There are numerous studies done on Hoodia Gordonii. For example, one study isolated the active compound from Hoodia, and found that its consumption resulted in reduced food consumption along with a reduction of body weight when compared to the control group. [1] So with Hydroxycut Hoodia, you have an appetite suppressant combined with a stimulant to increase your energy expenditures.

Ok so I started taking the pills and I was fine I wasn't getting that hungry no craving all great... so they're great I lost 9 pounds in one week!! But make sure u take them exactly as directed!!

I have been using hydroxycut for a few days only. I've lost little weight as well without exercise or diet. I don't have any serious side effects, the only problem is that I'm generally too sensitive to caffeine, so i try not to take it late at night. so far its good,i will start exercise and see what happens.
