Choosing
The Best Whey Protein Powder
Whey Protein Powder - So Many Choices,
So Little Money
With so many whey powder supplements
out there, what should you buy? I don't know about
you, but when I buy something I like to know everything
I can about it, and try to find the one with the best
price/value ratio. If you've got loads of cash, great,
splurge and experiment with all of them, but if you're
like me, read on... You can probably save yourself
a few bucks.
See our updated whey protein comparison guide here.
There are so many brands and types
of whey protein powder out there, I can't count them
all with my fingers and toes! To make it even tougher,
they all seem to use different servings sizes, different
scoop sizes, different container sizes, just to make
it harder for you to make a comparison! Can you imagine
trying to calculate in your head (while in a nutrition
store) the price to value ratio for each whey protein
powder? That's why you've found this page, and I will
attempt to provide you with unbiased, accurate info
on some of the more popular whey protein powders.
And if you're really smart, you'd shop online and
save yourself a few bucks...

Just to name a few whey supplements,
there's 100 whey protein, designer protein, methoxy
pro, nitro-tech, 100 natural whey protein, and the

with you! More research is being done at the time
of this article - here, we'll cover 5 very popular
whey protein powders: Designer Whey, 100% Whey, Methoxy-Pro,
MyoPro Whey, and Nitro-Tech.
Note: once we finish our more extensive
research, we'll be writing an in-depth article and
report on top 20 whey protein powders, including the
5 listed here, plus 15 more. Look forward to this
report in the near future.
Update: the new,
and extensive protein comparison series is now officially
published. ;-) Instead of 20, we actually compare
25 different protein
supplements here.

CPGP - cost per gram of protein
Note: this is a purely price
(quantity) based comparison, with all other factors
assumed being equal, such as quality and effectiveness,
which is beyond the scope of this subject. And besides,
they're all whey protein powders, so there won't be
too much difference in quality.
Okay, so when all's said and done,
what's the better buy? Looking at the table above,
100 whey and MyoPro Whey are easily the winners. Both
have CPS below 40 cents, and CPGP of around 1.7 cents.
If you wanna get the biggest bang for your buck, go
for these two!
Methoxy-Pro comes in fifth with
a CPS of $1.15, more than twice that of 100 whey protein
and MyoPro Whey. It has a CPGP of around 5 cents,
also more than doubling 100 whey and MyoPro Whey.
I'm not stopping you from trying the other 3 brands.

means, follow these links. ;-)
