Whey
Protein Powder Comparisons - Ultimate Showdown (Part I)
Optimum 100 Whey, AST VP2 Whey, Zero
Carb Isopure, Pure Whey, EAS Simply Whey, etc. - 25 Total
- What to Buy?
That's a mouthful ain't it? I been meaning
to do this article for quite some time now, and have got
quite a few emails asking about it... Since I did promise
to do a much more extensive comparison of some top whey
protein powder supplements in our original
comparison article of whey supplements here. But then...
y'know... things get thrown your way, and you end up "forgetting"
hehe... ok, i'm just finding excuse for myself now. ;-) |

Well, the comparison has been done, and
instead of just 20 as originally said, I ended up looking
at 25 different protein supplements. In the 25 compared,
5 are from the original comparison which are: Optimum 100%
Whey, EAS Simply Whey, Methoxy Pro, Nitro Tech, and Designer
Whey Protein.
25 Whey Protein Powder Comparison - Quick
Overview
Okay, I think you're gonna like this,
as it's going to be much more than what you bargained for
originally. ;-) Because this is a rather large comparison
of quite a few protein supplements, I broke them down into
4 categories:
- Whey Protein Concentrates
- Whey Protein Isolates
- Protein Blends
- Other Protein Supplements
I will post the overall results below
for all 4 categories, and following this, will be 4 more
parts to this article, each talking in more details about
the 4 categories of protein supplements, and we'll find
out which are the winners, and at the same time you'll gain
a better understand of why I compared them in these 4 categories,
and what are the differences between them. First, let's
take a quick look at the results.
