Everlast HyperPlex Protein Bars

HyperPlex Protein Bar Review

Everlast Sports Nutrition developed their Proline of supplements which includes NO NitroPlex, NitroPlex-6, HyperPlex protein bars, Hyperplex protein powder, and also Thermo Triplex for weight loss. Both NO NitroPlex and NitroPlex-6 are pre-workout supplements that's developed to help enhance strength, power, and endurance during workouts, while HyperPlex Protein Powder and Bars are developed to be sources of high quality protein. This review is for the HyperPlex Protein Bar butternut crunch flavor.

Disclaimer & Disclosure: I was contacted by a marketing rep for the Everlast supplements, and was offered samples for all of these for reviews on our site here. For samples of the products received, I agreed to test them out and write reviews on them. However, no payment or other forms of compensation were received in any way, and you can be sure that this review, like all other reviews on the site, are free from bias and free from manufacturer influence. I received one box containing 6 HyperPlex Protein Bars.

HyperPlex Protein Bar Ingredients

Below is a brief overview of the main ingredients in HyperPlex Protein Bars:

Serving Size 1 Bar - 90g
Calories - 370
Total Fat - 14g
Carbohydrates - 36g
     Dietary Fiber - 8g
Proteins - 30g
Cholesterol - 10mg
Sodium - 400mg
Potassium - 135mg

Each bar weighs 90 grams, and comes with 36g of carbohydrates along with 30 grams of proteins consisting of soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and milk protein isolate. These high protein bars are a triple layer flavored protein bars which support muscle recovery and energy. Each bar also comes with a mix of vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, C, E, B6, B12.

The Hyperplex protein bars are truly great tasting protein bars. The bottom is layered with a layer of chocolate, with a crunchy and delicious middle layer, topped off with another layer of chocolate and peanuts. Take one bite into one of these, and you can't stop until you've finished the whole thing. These bars comes in two flavors: butternut crunch and fudge cookie crunch. The bars I received were the butternut crunch flavor, so I can't make any comments on the taste of the fudge cookie crunch flavor. But if the butternut crunch is any indication, I'd bet that the fudge cookie flavor is excellent too.

High protein bars like these offer great convenience for busy individuals who may not have the time to make a protein shake - be it at school or at work. With protein bars, you can easily get in an extra snack, and add 30 grams of high quality protein to your diet.
