Osmo Therapy Build Fast Protein Shake Review

Build Fast Instant Protein Shake

Put it in your jacket pocket, suit case, backpack, or whatever it is that you take to wherever you might go in a day, but Osmo's Build Fast protein shakes come in convenient small packed bottles, and are a way to add protein to your diet almost anywhere.

For those looking for easier ways of adding a protein shake here and there throughout the day at work, school, or Gym, Build Fast will make your day much easier.  I take these to the gym with me quite often, and give the much need extra energy and protein during my workouts.

Osmo Build Fast Taste Test

Build Fast comes in a small and handy 400ml sized plastic bottles. Each bottle has 85g of protein powder ready for mixing. Just add water, or milk - then shake it up well, and you got yourself a 48g protein shake!

Build Fast comes in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. I've tried the chocolate flavor so far, and it tastes fantastic. Taste wise, I'd give it a 9/10.

However, mixability might be a issue for some of you.  It doesn't mix that well for some reason. I shake, and shake, and shake, but there's always some powder residues. Strangely enough, I actually enjoy this left over residue that doesn't mix. Its very "chocolaty". ;-) It made me wonder if this was done intentionally or not... But nonetheless, it tastes fantastic.

But if you have a problem with protein powder not mixing completely, this might not be for you.

You can get a dozen bottles of Build Fast for $25, roughly $2 a bottle, which isn't bad - about $12 cheaper than retail.
