Barbell Upright Row
This exercise targets the deltoid muscles as well as the trapezius muscles.
Technique & Execution
- Grab hold of a barbell with an overhand grip and let it hang at arm's length in front of you
- Pull the bar straight up to above shoulder level then lower it back down to starting position
- Keep your body steady during the movement, and avoid swaying back and forth
