10 steps for losing 10 pounds in 10 days

Step 1 – Cleanse your body
If you’re only having a bowel movement once every 2 days then… You can quickly flush out 5 pounds of waste trapped inside your colon and you can easily do this by…

  • Eating more fiber (see step 9 for good sources of fiber),
  • Drinking at least 70 ounces of distilled water every day (see Step 7) and by…
  • Taking colon cleansing (or detox) diet pills first thing in the morning & before bed.

This is the easiest way to lose a quick 5 pounds without exercising  (or more than 5 lbs. depending on the type of diet you had & your frequency of bowel movements) and… You may notice your tummy getting flatter due to the pounds of waste being released from your colon.

Step 2 – Increase your metabolism by 43%
Take a fat burner 2 times a day once in the morning after working out and in the afternoon.  Fat burners that have green tea in them can raise your metabolism by up to 43%.

Step 3 – Burn fat while you sleep
Do Tae-bo or some sort of weight loss interval workout first thing in the morning before eating breakfast and for at least 3 of the next 10 days… Do a moderate-to-high intensity activity you like for 45-60 minutes in the evening like basketball, racquetball, tennis, or playing golf without a cart. 

Morning workouts burn more fat than working out at any other times during the day and... The Tae-bo or weight loss intervals keeps your metabolism burning fat longer all day plus… your evening activity will keep your metabolism higher so you can burn fat while you sleep.

Step 4 – The right way to eat to lose weight faster
Eat 4-to-5 small (300-to-400 calorie) meals every 4-to-5 hours.  That’s 1200-to-2000 calories every day. Women should eat no more than 1200-to-1600 calories a day and see step 9 for the foods you can eat and…  You’ll never get hungry or be low on energy because the fat burners from step 2 keep you energized and step 5 will keep your hunger levels down.

Step 5 – How to lose weight without getting hungry
Maintain a high fiber / high protein diet while doing all the other 9 steps and you’ll never get hungry while losing weight fast. Make sure the 1200-to-2000 calories you eat every day come from only high fiber (which are carbs) & high protein food sources in step 9 and… Did you know that it’s hard for your body to convert fiber & protein into fat and your body has to burn a lot of calories to process fiber & protein?

Step 6 – Get rid of water weight (part 1.)

To lose water weight you need to eat less than 1500mg of salt per day by...  Avoiding JUNK FOOD, canned goods, & frozen foods and make sure you read food labels to make sure you’re keeping your salt intake low.

Too much salt will slow down your metabolism and it makes it harder for you to lose weight since salt causes you to retain water.

Step 7 – Get rid of water pounds

Drink 70 ounces or more of distilled water every day to get rid of any excess water weight you may have. Distilled water is PURE water with no salt or minerals added.

In some cases depending on how much salt you were eating & how little water you were drinking … You can expect to lose 5 pounds (of water) in 2 days just by doing steps 6 & 7

Step 8 – Don’t get stressed out

Try to get rid of all bad stress and avoid any belly fat gain by taking a 10 day vacation.  Bad stress forces you to eat even when you’re not hungry and… If you know anything about cortisol and stress then you know all the weight you gain will be mostly belly fat.

Step 9 – Eat only these foods to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days

High Fiber sources like… RAW not cooked fruits & vegetables, unsalted nuts, bran muffins, unsalted popcorn, beans, rice, and oatmeal.

Protein sources like… whey or soy protein shakes, baked fish, tuna, salmon, natural peanut butter, skim milk, and low-fat yogurt.

Step 10 – Do not eat these foods if you’re trying to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days

NO alcohol, chocolate, NO fruit juices, No fried foods, salt, tobacco, white flour and white sugar, and NO FAST FOODS.
The more overweight you are… the more weight you will lose and when you lose 10 pounds or more in 10 days… Maintain your weight by increasing your calorie intake back to normal while exercising daily (see step 3) and eating the bad foods (see step 10) once in a while.
