I have had requests but wanted to wait until I hit my goal weight. No special reason for the number but it seems like a good size for me. You have seen my pics and everyone says "Add Mass". Alright, glad to know that I am where I want to be. I want to see how big I can get by adding on the lean mass I have seen so many others on this site add.

Thanks for all the support gang! I have always kept track of my routines and now that I have reached my "fighting weight" I will love to see what happens when I add lean muscle. This road has been a great adventure and I love the changes that the Bodybuilding Lifestyle brings. Of course my wife is none too thrilled with me being "so damn sexy!" LMAO.

Did 2 hours of Tae Kwon Do today. Not all in one sitting!
After Schoool Program! Warm up Stretching Forms practice Helped the kids with forms, stances, kicks, and belt tying. Night Class (Adult time!) Warm Up Streching Cardio training: Varied for 20 minutes Round Robin sparring. Spar one person 3 minutes, rest, next person. 20 minutes Cool Down and Streching.
