Fit Physique

Recently, I was approached by Gregg Gillies to help promote his new book titled "Fit Physique". I get asked quite often by others to help promote their "bodybuilding" e-books, but I turned them down for various resons such as crappy quality, I didn't like the methods in the books, and/or it was a rip off pricing.

I was quite impressed by Gregg's credentials seeing that he's published articles for various national publications, and is a regular contributor at Ironman Magazine. So, I decided to look deeper, and briefly skimmed through the 196 page e-book. He takes you through, and thoroughly explains several key principles in bodybuilding including: Intensity principle, Recovery principle, Volume principle, Overload principle, and several others. He also covers other essentials aspets like diet and nutrition, power cardio, and the book also comes with meal and workout templates to make your life easier.
